Name engraving

We can engrave letters on the back of item listed on our store.
Buyer needs to purchase at least an item to engrave letters on.
Please refrain from buying this listing solo.

We have two ways to do name engraving.

1. Laser machine engraving
To engrave Kanji, Alphabets, Numbers etc
From pull down please choose one of three fonts - Mincho, Gyosho and Gothic
19.99 USD to do each item (pendant, a pair of cufflinks, tie tack, key chain, a pair of earrings, bangle, bracelet etc.)
To do name engraving on ring, different charge will apply. (curved items)
Pair items for example cufflinks and earrings are considered as one item as a pair.
So we can engrave two kanji for each pair for 19.99 USD.

Maximum 4 letters, if exceeded, it will cost 4.9USD each kanji, letter or alphabet for the exceeded ones.
It takes about three business days plus days to make item.
Horizontal or Vertical writing if it is Kanji

We can engrave kanji, Alphabet and numbers inside ring with diamond point like the picture.
It costs 77 USD for 2 kanji like Musashi.  The price went up. They count as how many times they set the machine so we need to make an quotation each time.
It takes about a week to engrave letters or kanji.

2. Stamping
We can NOT stamp Kanji.
We can only stamp alphabet (Capital letters ) and numbers only

No special characters like "#$&%)(!-
19.99 USD each item
Maximum 22 letters for disc items (pendant, tie tack, earrings, bangle, key chain etc)
(cufflinks may not be able to contain that many letters)
If exceeded 22 letters, 0.9USD will be charged each letter.
It takes a day.
We usually just do horizontal writing for alphabets and numbers.

To stamp inside ring is possible.
It can contain about 5,6 letters*2 rows maximum.

Please add 1 quantity for each item in your cart
A pair of cufflinks will be count as 1 quantity as long as less than 4letters.

1.
Example name, Ken Takada : 3 Kanji letters = 19.99 USD
Example name 2, Karin Tanabe: 4 Kanji letters = 19.99 USD

Example name 3, Kentaro Tanaka: 5 Kanji letters=24,89USD
For 5 kanji name, easier to ready if we engrave like this below
Tanaka
Kentaro
Dividing the name in first row: family name
second row: first name.

Example name 4, Kentaro Chosokabe: 7 kanji name= 19.99 USD+ (4.9USD *3)USD=34.69USD
14.7 USD will be charged later.
We will start working as soon as payment is received.

HOW MANY LETTERS CAN AN ITEM CONTAIN?

1. Engraving
On 19mm = 0.75" diameter space,
The legible number each row is 4 Kanji, so far.

We have never done 5 letters on the same row,
5 letters or longer in one row is possible, although the font will be small.

Or another option is dividing your name in
First row: family name (for example, Chosokabe )
Second row: first name (for example, Kentaro)

If you are flexible, please just tell us Kanji you want us to engrave and let us figure out the details.

2. Stamping name

On 19mm = 0.75" diameter space,
About 7 letters each row, 5 rows will fit.
Each letter size is about 1.5mm

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
1.Item production time + 3-6 business days for engraving.
For ring, it takes about7-10days+ring making time.

2.Item production time + 1 day for stamping

We offer only three fonts - Gyosho, Mincho or Gothic. Or we can stamp alphabet letters.
We do not have fancy fonts.

It actually costs you 120 USD to engrave name with very specific elegant font or if you want us to design the back side of the pendant, some patterns and choose one etc.
But this listing is more for the people who prefer affordable price and just want to engrave name.
So we can only do three fonts but we hope that works for you!
