For a long time Kamon (meaning: Japanese clan crest) have been loved and worn with pride and family love by Japanese.

We antique only sterling silver and Pt10 Ag90 as default.

Other than these, we normally do not pour black or white color in the dent / on the back ground unless we get requests.

Each beautiful design is offered in 8+ materials.

1. Sterling Silver  (Solid)- This is the standard material in this store.  Whole the necklace will be made in sterling silver. Most people are not allergic to and do not get skin irritation from sterling silver. It is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Sterling silver items are antiqued, and the black color from the antiquing process will not come off as time passes.  We buy sterling silver necklace chain and jump ring from one Japanese trustworthy supplier.  They are made in Japan as well.  We do NOT import those dubious cheap one since we hear they are fake or poor quality.

2. Champagne Gold color (Solid)- This is a beautiful color, a tint of yellow gold color like champagne, sparkling wine or white wine, but not recommended for people with metal allergies.  The pendant is made from 50% silver, 35% copper and 15% zinc and the necklace chain and jump ring are alloy. We will NOT antique this item.

The necklace chain is made from brass( which is MAINLY consisted of copper and zinc, and also a bit of Nickel, phosphorus and tin).  On that core material, the alloy of copper, tin and gold is plated.

3. Brass (Solid) - This is a beautiful color, but not recommended for people with metal allergies. The pendant is brass, and the necklace chain and jump ring are matching color alloy.  We will NOT antique this item.   If you do want concave part to be blacked, after it tarnishes ( when brass gains darker tone naturally), please wipe the raised part only with silver cloth.  That is the simplest antiquing method.  Silver cloth is available on this store from the option section.  Very cheap.

4. Platinum (Pt) 10%, Silver (Ag) 90% Pendant (Solid) /Titanium ( Ti )Necklace Chain (Solid) : This is the best option for people with metal allergies, and is more hypoallergenic than sterling silver.  The pendant is made from 10% platinum and 90% silver and the necklace chain and jump ring are 99.8% titanium.  We excluded copper, nickel etc which are often said to be the cause of skin irritation for sensitive skin people.  Although allergy is unexpected thing, it may not work to some people.  But compare to Pt900 or Pt950, the price is so much cheaper.  So it is your lucky day, if this works.  The color is about the same as sterling silver.  It is harder than Sterling.  Sterling has 96HV in vickers hardness, while Pt10 Ag90 has 133 HV.  So Pt10 Ag 90 is 1.38% harder, meaning harder to get scratches.

This pendant is antiqued, and the black will not come off as time passes. 

 

5. Gold Plated - K24 Gold (99.99% Gold) will be plated on Champagne gold color silver( 50% silver, 35% Copper and 15% zing).

The finish will be mirror polished on front.  Decent finish on the back.

The necklace chain is also gold plated.   We will NOT antique this item. 

K24 looks so rich.  Mesmerizing color.  We can also plate K18 yellow gold or K18 pink gold on Champagne gold color silver instead of K24.  The price is the same so if you prefer K18 plated instead of K24, please write so in the note when you place an order.  When K18 pink gold plated is requested, we will attach pink color necklace chain that we use for no.6.  

6.Pink Silver (Solid)- It has a tint of pink color like a Sakura / Cherry blossom.  The pendant is made from 38% Silver, 57%Copper, 4%Palladium, 0.5% Gold and 0.5%  Zing.  The necklace chain and jump ring are alloy.  We recommend to get necklace chain as well since it took a while for us to find matching color necklace chain.  K18 Pink gold necklace chain does NOT match with this pendant.  K18 Pink Gold is pinker than this pink silver.  We will NOT antique this item. 

7.Black Rhodium Plated

We will plate black rhodium on sterling silver.   The finish will be matt finish, slightly shining finish.   We call it black but the color is actually grey-ish, because really black metal plating comes off easier than this.  This one has more durability so more balanced option.   We can pour white on the back ground color upon a request.  If you wish that, please write us a note “white back color is wanted” upon the purchase.  Rhodium is known for not tarnishing the color.  Means, the color does not change under the normal circumstances. Hence, This also works for sensitive skin people.  The necklace chain will be hypoallergenic, Solid Titanium 99.8%.

8.Rhodium Plated

We will plate Rhodium (silver color Rhodium) on Sterling silver.  The finish on the front is mirror polish.  We give decent finish on the back.  For the people who don’tt like silver tarnish, this would be the best choice.  Rhodium is known for not tarnishing the color.  This also works for sensitive skin people because rhodium quality is very hard to change.  One down side is since it is plated, it may come off over the time.  The necklace chain and jump ring are also Rhodium Plated on Sterling Silver.

All of these items will be made in and shipped from Japan.

Each pendant will be put in the box shown in the picture ( good for gift too ! )and carefully bubble wrapped.

We use sturdy paper box instead of plastic ones for sustainable reason.

The bubble wrap we use is made from 99% Recycled polyethylene.  It reduced 34% Co2 emission.

How long does it take before shipping ?

  It does not matter about the necklace chain length.  Duration is depending on each material.

When we provide from stocks, it takes 1-7 business days for solid items such as Sterling silver, champagne gold color, pink silver , pt10 ag90 .  About 2 weeks for plated items such as gold plated, Rhodium plated, Black rhodium plated.

When we don’t have stocks.  Solid items will take about (2)- 4 (5)weeks.

Plated items ( gold plated, Rhodium plated, Black rhodium plated) will take about 4-6 weeks.

Stock situation

     *This does Not reflect real time stock situations although we refill once in a month.  When we refill, we refill as below.

Sterling silver- we normally have stocks unless we get a large order.

Champaign gold color- we normally have about 5 stocks.  We don’t have stocks.

Pink silver- We may have 1 in stock.

Pt10 AG90-  We may have 1 in stock.

All the plated items - No stocks because we will plate after we get order to provide good quality items.  We will plate on Sterling silver or Champaign Gold color.
