It will be normally between 1-3 months. When we get to ask right before getting on to make custom works, it will be the shortest creation time of about a month. In 2022, we are roughly planning to work on custom orders on 19th Feb, 4th June, 27th Aug, 19th Nov. The schedule is subject to change.

Unfortunately I do not control the post service, and I cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged mail.However, I do my best to guarantee the service you paid for is provided and your package gets to you. If damaged or lost, I will work with you to file a claim for reimbursement from the courier.Since metal is very durable material, it should not be damaged during shipping.To make sure your order will arrive safely, I put each jewelry in a box and bubble wrap it and put it in a water proofed envelope.When applicable, we'll negotiate a replacement order.

Certainly! Rush orders are subject to my schedule, just contact me first to check. 

Can I cancel / exchange / return my order?

Due to the nature of my work, they cannot be exchanged or returned once produced.  Once your order leaves the studio, payment cannot be refunded / credited.For the refund amount of custom order will be to my discretion according to how far along your order is in the production process.For orders cancelled after order was completed but before shipment, only the shipping fees will be refunded.Rush and custom order fees are non-refundable.If there is any issue with your order, please contact me and I'll offer a solution within the studio's policy guidelines.

For Kamon items, when the total order (only item price) is over 150 USD, we waive the custom order fee. You can check each item price on our listing page.When the total order is between 100-149, we charge 40 USD.When the total order is less than 100 USD it will be 50 USD.For non- Kamon items, original design, we charge full amount of custom order fee, which is 110 USD + item price.

Other than what we list, for silver items, we can make in silver 950, silver 99.99%.  We can coat rhodium on silver.For gold items, we can make in 5k, 9k, 10k, 14k, 18k, 20k, 22k and 24k(99.99% gold. Pink gold for 5k,10k,14k and 18k. Yellow gold for 5k-24k. White gold k5,K10, k14 and K18. We can coat rhodium on white gold, otherwise it is not so white.For platinum items, we can do Pt850, Pt900, Pt950 and Pt99.99%. Because of palladium price is very high now, Pt850 is the most expensive among these platinum.  Pt900 ( Standard one in our store ) / Pt 950/ Pt850 ( the most expensive one in these four).For 99.99% items it will be coin items.

We have found one person duplicated our website incl reviews. It is FRAUD. Japanese mon has no relation to surname since it is passed onto ancestor to next generations, unlikely to Irish or Scottish clan crest. So there are a few ways to find out about your kamon.1. Ask your parents, grand parents or relatives if they are alive. Or Visit your parents or grand parents' grave. Kamon is often engraved on the grave stone. Kamon can be on alter or some funeral related items.2.Check your parents or grand parents wedding photos. Guy wear kimono with mon.3.Some Japanese house has kamon on Ranma: Transom ( decoration) etc interior. Or house tile : tile etc exterior.4.Get old family register from city hall. Check your family tree and find out about your route and kamon.
